Online Group Cooking Class-6 Month Program
Join me once a month for a 6 month program on a 50 minute teleseminar call discovering the basics of healthy eating and cooking with whole foods, learning food combining and juicing. Each class will discuss how to prepare colorful, satisfying and delicious meals and learn how to cook and eat nutritiously. This class is for people who are already home cooks and wanting to learn healthy cooking techniques/equipments, recipes and nutrition information on eating healthier. Each class will have either templates, handouts, video and recipes. There will be a facebook group that you can post your questions with each other or with me.
