  • Learn how to plan menus and shop for these heart healthy foods.
  • Learn cooking and shopping skills for health supportive cooking.

You will learn:

  • How to shop, cook, and develop menu planning skills for special diets.
  • Strategies when going out to restaurants, parties or traveling.
